ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Perform zoning analysis and building code analysis. Perform Schematic Design (SD) including programming, layout spaces, and building massing. Perform Design Development including detailed layout of spaces and development of exterior façade design and details. Coordinate with clients and consultants. Create Construction Documents including exterior and interior details design and documentation. Use Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D. Strong Adobe CS, MS Office.

Requirements: Bachelor in Architecture

Salary $85,700 to $92,000 per year
