As a Project Architect/Manager, you will be involved in the design and management of building project(s). On larger projects, you will be a key member of a collaborative team; and on smaller projects you may independently manage all aspects of a project. Strong organization skills are essential to balance multiple projects at different stages in the development process, from feasibility studies and concept design, to construction documentation and administration. The role is suited for an articulate designer with practical knowledge of local planning and building codes. As a strategic communicator and initiator, you will represent the firm to our clients, consultants, contractors, and industry peers, as well as respond to local government agencies during design review and entitlement processes.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Licensure or on path to licensure
  • Strong design and graphic skills
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
  • 3d modeling experience (Rhino preferred)
  • Technical fluency to coordinate
  • Self-driven, ability to self-direct and organize
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor staff
  • Detail and thorough
  • Driven, resourceful, creative, independent and eager
