Ignacio Iratchet joined Handel Architects in 2012, and serves as a Project Designer and Project Manager. He has over fifteen years of experience working on a variety of project types, from concept design through construction administration.
Mr. Iratchet’s current work includes serving as Project Manager for The Stacks, a new mixed-use development in Washington, DC. Recent work includes a mixed-use residential and office development in Mexico City, and a new 400-unit luxury residential tower in Midtown East called Summit, along with the renovation and restoration of the Filene’s Department Store in Boston, which won a 2016 Preservation Achievement Award from the Boston Preservation Alliance.
Mr. Iratchet also worked on the first two towers of a three tower residential complex at Journal Square in Jersey City. The first tower, at 55-stories, completed construction in 2017 and includes 540 residential units. The second tower, which completed in 2021, is 70 stories and includes 704 residential units.
