Ping Hsieh AIA
Senior Associate
Ping Hsieh is a Senior Associate at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2012. He has worked on a variety of large-scale multi-family projects ranging from high-end condos to luxury and mid-market residential to fully affordable rentals. He is currently serving as Project Architect for Silverstein’s new mixed-use residential building in Manhattan’s Inwood neighborhood, which will include over 200 residential units when complete. Previously Mr. Hsieh led the construction administration for the Idlewild Park Salt Marsh Environmental Science Learning Center in Queens, which opened in 2022.
Prior to that, Mr. Hsieh worked on two luxury rental towers in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, One Blue Slip and Two Blue Slip, which have nearly 800 units combined. Mr. Hsieh also served as Project Architect for Riverwalk Park, a 100% affordable, 340-unit building for The Related Companies on Roosevelt Island in New York City. He also worked on the construction administration for The Related Companies’ luxury residential building The Easton on the Upper East Side, which includes space for an elementary school called The Windward School. Other projects include House 39, a luxury rental for Fisher Brothers in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Manhattan, and Millennium Tower Boston, a high-end condominium building in the Financial District in Boston.
Mr. Hsieh earned his Master of Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture in 2011.
