The Banxin Station Mixed-Use project is a new residential, office, and retail project designed for Forworld and located in Banqiao, a district of New Taipei City. The project connects directly into the new MRT subway station, and together with the adjacent Le Meridien Hotel, Residences, and Commercial Tower, visually marks the entrance into the Banqiao district.

The project places residences atop a commercial office podium, with retail at the ground level to serve this busy area. The tower is broken into a series of smaller boxes, with different facade treatments used on the podium and the tower in order to integrate the tower into site. The tower top is lit light a lantern to mark the building on the skyline and tie the building into the adjacent highrises. Residents will have amazing views over the surrounding lower buildings to the city beyond.
