ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER 2

Perform zoning analysis and building code analysis. Perform Schematic Design (SD) including programming, layout spaces, and building massing. Perform Design Development including detailed layout of spaces and development of exterior façade design and details. Coordinate with clients and consultants. Create Construction Documents including exterior and interior details design and documentation. Use Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D. Strong Adobe CS, MS Office. Work under a Registered Architect.

Minimum Requirements: Master in Architecture + 2 years experience in related architectural design occupations.

OR Bachelor Degree in Architecture + 5 years experience in any related architectural design occupations.

Salary $86,500 to $106,000 per year
