About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate Architect to join our team at Handel Associates Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and delivery of a range of exciting projects across the Southern District.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the architectural design and development of projects from concept to completion, residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the broader project team to understand requirements and deliver creative design solutions
• Produce with in depth technical knowledge to high-quality drawings, specifications, and documentation to support the planning and construction process
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and International practices.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience as an Architect, preferably in a consultancy
• Software knowledge: Autocad experienced, 3D/Revit software skill preferred but not a must.
