About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Handel Associates Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and delivery of a range of exciting projects across the Southern District.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the architectural design and development of projects from concept to completion, residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with clients,stakeholders, and the broader project team to understand requirements and deliver creative design solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design professionals within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and International practices.
• Strong 3D design skill and space creation.
• Produce with in depth technical knowledge to high-quality drawings, specifications, and documentation to support the planning and construction process.
• Comfortable for design from concept design to design development phase.
• Can work with both plan and facade.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience as an Architect, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Can drive and deliver a project as will as working with a team.
• Software knowledge: Autocad experienced, graphic design and 3D software skill a must and Revit knowledge preferred.
