The healthy, high-performance building has now achieved double WELL and LEED Platinum certifications.

We are proud to announce that 2 Harbor, our 500,000 sq. ft. life sciences building on the South Boston waterfront, has received its WELL Platinum certification after an extensive post-occupancy review process. Designed for maximum flexibility, 2 Harbor allows labs and offices to be placed anywhere within the building, adapting to evolving research needs. Its triple-glazed windows maximize natural daylight while ensuring a quiet and comfortable work environment. The development also includes a one-acre public plaza with diverse plantings to promote biodiversity.
