New Multi-Family Building Scheduled for Completion by Late 2024

Ray Harlem and National Black Theatre is Handel Architects' new 222-unit residential tower that sits atop a podium that includes new space for the National Black Theater, an historic theater group in operation since 1968.

Field Condition took some recent photos which show the tower portion of the facade nearly completed, and the window installation not far behind.

The residential portion of the project is scheduled for completion by the end of the year, with the theater to follow.
