The webinar highlighted Sendero Verde, one of the five winning projects in this year's awards program.

Earlier this month, Principal Deborah Moelis joined Sabrina Barker of Jonathan Rose Companies to present a case study on Sendero Verde, which was one of five winners in ULI's 2025 Housing Awards.

Topics included a summary of the public-private partnerships that enabled this project, a general overview of Passive House and what that means for the façade and mechanical systems, the local conditions and agency involvement in this projects, and financial and community engagement challenges that had to be overcome.
