The program aims to promote equity in the profession by connecting leading architecture firms with architecture students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
Founded in 2020 by NOMA and the NOMA Charitable Initiative, the program serves aspiring architects studying at HBCUs around the country, offering them opportunities for mentorship, networking, and recruitment.
Handel Architects is grateful to be a part of this important program. By partnering with industry allies on this and other initiatives, we are working hard to empower the next generation of architects and to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive profession.
