Principal Deborah Moelis and Director of Sustainable Design Louis Koehl offer tour of Sendero Verde for organization Passive House for Everyone.
Passive House for Everyone, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit organization that works to educate K-12 and post-secondary youth, educators, and communities about complex sustainable building science, brought a delegation of professionals in from a range of sectors in New York City and Ireland to tour the building.
Sendero Verde is the largest Passive House residential building in North America and the largest fully affordable Passive House building in the world, proving that large-scale affordable housing can be designed to meet the world’s most rigorous sustainability standards.
