Handel Architects’ National September 11 Memorial was recently awarded ENR’s “Best of the Best” award for 2012, a competition that drew nearly 1,000 entries from around the U.S. The Memorial, which won in the category “Landscape/Hardscape/Urban Development” was earlier honored with ENR New York’s “Best 2012 Project” award in the same category.
