Event titled "Memorials in the Public Realm: Designing for Public Engagement"

Join Handel Architects' Partner Michael Arad for a free event at UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design as he speaks about design in the public realm. "Memorials in the Public Realm: Designing for Public Engagement" will describe the process of creating a public realm to meaningfully engage visitors at two major memorial projects: the National September 11 Memorial in Lower Manhattan, and the Emanuel Nine Memorial at the Mother Emanuel Church in Charleston, SC.
