Conference held at The University of Toronto Scarborough Campus

Handel Architects Principal Deborah Moelis presented the opening session at this year's Passive House Canada conference in Toronto. The session, titled "Passive House on a Large Scale - Applying Lessons Learned" explored the design and completion of The House at Cornell Tech and how lessons learned are being applied to Sendero Verde, a mixed-use, 100% affordable housing project. Ms. Moelis was joined by Lois Arena, Director of Passive House Design at Steven Winter Associates.
