Ray Harlem is nearing completion in New York City's Harlem neighborhood. The 222-unit multifamily residential building sits atop a multi-story podium that will serve as a new home for National Black Theatre (NBT), the longest-running Black theater in New York City. A school will also occupy an entire floor of the podium.
