Handel's Ryan Lobello and ROCKWOOL's Todd Kimmel presented at Net Zero 2025.

At the Net Zero Conference in Los Angeles earlier this month, Handel Senior Associate Ryan Lobello gave a presentation alongside ROCKWOOL’s Todd Kimmel on “Making Passive House Standard”. They shared a series of case studies showcasing the adaptability of Passive House design in large commercial and multi-family buildings. Ryan and Todd also explored the robust benefits of Passive House design, including electrification, energy savings, and improving resiliency and tenant wellness.

Organized by Verdical Group, the Net Zero Conference convenes climate leaders to collaborate on global solutions for change in the built environment. The event is a hub for people to gather, bridge knowledge gaps, and inspire a net zero future.
