ULI Colorado invited Handel Architects and Jonathan Rose Companies to present to their Housing Committee.

Led by Sabrina Barker, Director of Development at Jonathan Rose Companies, and Louis Koehl, Director of Sustainable Design at Handel Architects, “Sendero Verde: A Case Study for a Community of Opportunity” illustrated how a 100% affordable project of this scale came together without sacrificing sustainability principles. The discussion was moderated by Katie Donahue, Director of Handel Architects' Denver office.
