The undulating balconies at 1356 Kapiolani create multiple view opportunities to the waterfront.

1356 Kapiolani is a new multifamily residential building that anchors the intersection of Sheridan Street and Kapiolani Boulevard in Honolulu. The building has been sited to preserve view corridors from Mauka-Makai - the mountains to the ocean.

1356 Kapiolani holds the corner at the pedestrian level through large expanses of glass that reveal the residential lobby within. Landscaping wraps the corner, and defines the porte cochere that enters off of Sheridan. The podium itself is designed to hide the parking with an elegant screen in a bronze color. Above, the tower’s undulating balconies create a sense of rhythm along Kapiolani.
