598 Madison Avenue
The renovation 598 Madison included full shell and core work.
This 5,000 square foot site on the corner of 57th Street and Madison Avenue - at the time, the most expensive retail corner in the world - was developed to accommodate a variety of corporate tenants, including luxury designer LVMH.
Constructed in 1918, the original building consists of fifteen stories plus a penthouse floor. New work included full shell and core renovation, replacement of existing windows, new penthouse office space, elevators, and entry lobby design. The ground floor and mezzanine were transformed into a high-end retail showroom.
