Amara is a new 351-unit luxury apartment building in the RiNo district of Denver. Handel Architects is leading the interior design for the building, which was designed by Davis Partnership Architects.

The RiNo district is known for its artistic style, complimented by its roots in industrial shipping and manufacturing. The interiors were designed with young professionals and growing families in mind, offering a playful and contemporary take on the industrial style. Units are large and have been organized to allow lots of light in through the divided-light windows.

Amenities at Amara include an extensive business center with spaces for private work or collaboration, a service kitchen, and open lounge space. On the same level is an indoor/outdoor fitness center, prepared for fitness classes or solo workouts. On the rooftop level, the outdoor pool is complimented with a clubhouse colored in earth tones and calm colors, and surrounded by mountain views.
