Apoquindo Mixed-Use

Client Territoria
Location Santiago, Chile
Project Type Hotel, Mixed-Use, Office, Retail
Status Concept Only

The Aqoquindo Mixed-Use development is defined by a ribbon of greenery that splits the building facades.

Handel Architects designed Territoria’s new mixed-use development in Santiago, which includes a 22-story office tower, 20-story hotel tower, and over 113,000 sq.ft. of retail.

The office tower is defined by a ribbon of greenery that begins at the retail base and wraps the building as it ascends. The slicing of the building creates opportunities for unique spaces as the building’s structure is exposed. At the top, the ribbon connects to the hotel tower via a skybridge, and then spills down the tower’s sides. Retail and restaurants open onto a sunken plaza between the two buildings.
