Apoquindo

Client Territoria
Location Santiago, Chile
Status Under Construction

Handel Architects' tower for Aqoquindo is defined by over-sized terraces and abundant greenery.

Territoria's Apoquindo development is a new multi-building project in the Apoquindo neighborhood, the business and financial district of Santiago. Handel Architects' tower, at the corner of El Bosque Norte and Av. Apoquindo, includes nearly 140,000 sq.ft. of office and retail space in a 17-story tower.

The tower breaks with the typical office layout and instead takes advantage of Santiago’s mild climate with a series of over-sized terraces that become spaces for outdoor working and amenities. These terraces, designed to support extensive greenery that spills out and over the balcony edge, visually define the building and contribute to a healthier workplace environment.
