Dallas Gateway is a new 3.6 acre mixed-use development located in the Arts District of Downtown Dallas. The 3-tower development will bring over 900 residential units, 450,000 sq. ft. of office and 50,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space, all surrounding a new public plaza.

Handel Architects is responsible for the design of the tallest tower of the development, a 50-story mixed-use tower that includes a mix of residential and office, with 150 ultra luxury residential units atop 400,000 sq.ft of office. The lower half includes a conference center and a designated office amenity floor, which includes a lounge, bar, fitness space and multiple outdoor terraces.
