East Gallery Place sets a new standard for luxury living in Manila.

East Gallery Place is a luxury condominium building in High Street South, Bonifacio Global City’s cultural district in Manila. The 50-story tower, currently under construction, contains 407 units and is topped with a 15,000 sq. ft. (1,400 SM) “Skyrise” penthouse, which set a sales price record in the Philippines. Completion is scheduled for 2019.

East Gallery Place is designed to be the cornerstone in the High Street South Gallery district. The main tower form is actually two independent residential structures; the northern portion has up to six units per floor, while the southern structure is more exclusive, with only two units per floor, and includes suites that are 2- and 3-bedroom units served by their own private elevator lobbies. Within this group of suites there are eleven “Aqua residences” that each feature an 860 sq. ft. (80 SM) balcony that opens to a private “floating” pool.

The design also features a 4-story independent pavilion, at grade, that contains four exclusive villas. Each villa has a double height living room and is internally served by its own private elevator. Each villa has been also designed with a private indoor swimming pool.

East Gallery Place also incorporates a large amount of retail and gallery space at grade with full pedestrian permeability throughout the site. The main residential lobbies and vehicular drop-off have been located below grade. The drop-off area is open to the sky, and lobby frontages have been crafted to integrate with the towers above.
