Handel Architects is collaborating on Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, a new luxury residential project located on a hillside above beautiful Lake Austin, 20 minutes from downtown Austin. When complete, the project will include a total of 188 homes and a variety of world-class amenities on 145 acres. The development will be the first standalone residential property in Texas for Four Seasons.

The project is organized as a series of terraced low-rise buildings that take advantage of the natural topography and stunning views. Paths connect the residences to one another and to a central Garden Plaza, which acts a gateway to a variety of amenities and experiences, including what will be the largest private indoor wellness and fitness facility in Texas.
