Harborside Plaza 4 adds a distinctive landmark to the Jersey City skyline.

Harborside Plaza 4 is a new, mixed-use high-rise tower offering 800 units in Jersey City's Exchange Place neighborhood. The 55-story project is designed to punctuate the skyline on the Hudson River and includes 12,000 square feet of retail space, a multilevel car and bicycle parking garage with a porte cochere, a publicly accessible landscaped plaza at the ground level, and easy access to PATH and Light Rail trains. Units are available in studio, one, and two-bedroom layouts, and additional amenities spaces include a health club, indoor and outdoor lounge spaces, and rooftop pool.

The tower is characterized by a triple-height, gridded copper color facade and dynamic massing that sets two interconnected towers in an L shape atop an 8-story podium.

Setbacks and prominent horizonal banding reduce the visual impression of the building's dramatic verticality, while rounded corners soften the tower's angular form. At the base, the gently curved podium takes its cues from the streetscape, emerging from the massing to offer three separate storefronts and a secondary roof terrace accessible to all residents.
