Lange Residences
Lange Residences is characterized by its exposed structure, a dynamic composition of interlocking metal, granite, and glass.
Lange Residences is a new boutique luxury residential tower in Taipei City with 52 units across 14 floors. The building sits within its own landscaped grounds which flow into an adjacent public park.
The tower’s facade is defined by its exposed structure, a dynamic composition of interlocking metal, granite, and glass that evokes the intricate interior mechanisms of an A. Lange & Söhne watch and lends the building its name. The exposed structure provides significant shade in the subtropical climate and also offers increased privacy from adjacent buildings. On the north face, the facade shifts to floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing residents expansive views of the park and city beyond.
Rose-gold stainless steel and light granite frames the intimately-scaled entry, offering residents a warm, serene arrival experience. On the upper two floors of the building, terraced gardens offer these units large private outdoor spaces. Additional amenities include a rooftop sky garden for all residents, and a ground floor gym with views of the surrounding park.
