Lincoln Triangle is the second of Millennium Partners’ Lincoln Square Complex. The sharply angled intersection of Broadway and Columbus Avenue defines the tower’s site at the northern boundary of Lincoln Center. The thirty-story building consists of a four-story retail base with 65,000 square feet of retail. Above are 23 residential and four penthouse floors.

Exterior materials include buff colored brick, cast stone sills, aluminum operable windows and curtain wall, and a granite base.
