Majestic is a new 255-unit residential tower in Brooklyn's booming Gowanus neighborhood. The project is one of a number of new multifamily residences to take advantage of the rezoning of what was formerly an industrial area, and Majestic will include retail and Gowanus arts spaces on the ground floor to cater to the existing community.

The building fronts three different streets and has two separate entrances. The main lobby, on Degraw, intersects the two brick volumes with a signature glass canopy at a double-height lobby. Above, the inset volume is clad in a light standing seam metal that extends up past the brick volumes. Brick cladding in two complimentary custom blends visually tie the volumes together. Warm black metal panels punctuate both the brick and metal volumes and read as strong horizontal banding.

Amenities include a fitness center, common rooftop deck, co-working space with its own dedicated outdoor area, lounges and terraces.

Majestic will be LEED Gold.
