Residences at The Ritz-Carlton
The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton combines five-star hotel amenities of the neighboring Ritz-Carlton with luxury condominium living.
The 46-story Residences at the Ritz-Carlton is the tallest residential building in Philadelphia. The tower includes 270 condominiums, an underground parking garage, a fitness center, a pool, a restaurant, and a private garden. A public plaza called Girard Park was also created as part of the development.
The building is composed of two halves sheathed in curtainwall; a conventional rectangular section anchors the western flank, while a dramatic crystal spire lifts its eastern profile.
An upper private garden offers residents a quiet green space that includes a 12 ft. water feature. Inside, residents enjoy a swimming pool within a 6,500 sq. ft. fitness center and spa. A palatial 10,000 sq. ft. penthouse crowns the building, with dramatic 25 ft. ceilings and a 1,400 sq. ft. rooftop courtyard that overlooks Philadelphia.
