34 Desbrosses Street features two towers connected by a glass footbridge.

34 Desbrosses Street is a 291-unit residential project located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan. The building features two towers anchored on the site by six-story residential bases that weave the project into the contextual street scale of the surrounding neighborhood. Tying the towers together is an 11-story bridge enclosed in frameless glass.

Fronting onto Watts Street between the towers and defined by an ornamental street wall is a landscaped courtyard and entry area that extends beneath the bridge. Seven loft-like ground-floor apartment units open onto this courtyard. A double-height glass lobby area defines the formal entry of the building.

Most residences have views of the Hudson River or Lower Manhattan. Amenities include a gym, screening room, bar, game room, valet, library, outdoor garden areas, and a roof garden.
