The 109-unit development will include two 12-story towers and a shared courtyard.

Using the building structural slabs, the exterior texture of the project will be a composite of glass and metal window wall, which will span floor to ceiling. The overall rhythm, texture and undulation of the exterior wall was developed as a response to the neighboring historic typology and texture along the Market Street corridor.
