Residents begin moving in to Colette at The Stacks

Project includes both traditional residences and co-living units.

Residents have begun moving into Colette at The Stacks, part of Phase I of the new mixed-use development in Washington, D.C.’s Buzzard Point neighborhood. The 13-story building includes 319 residences—213 traditional apartments and 106 co-living units—supported by a robust collection of shared amenities across the three buildings of Phase I.

Organized around a winding pedestrian Corso, The Stacks is designed as a walkable community with activated public space. Colette adds to this vision with ground-floor retail and a large co-working space that open directly onto the neighborhood. Inside, interiors are designed to feel eclectic yet cohesive, with a colorful, bohemian character.
