Building is the first phase of a two-building affordable development designed for Grand Street Guild in the Lower East Side.

Handel Architects was proud to join our clients at the official opening of 165 Broome Street in New York City's Lower East Side. The project adds 232 designated affordable residences to the area, as well as amenity spaces including a fitness area, game room, and a meeting room for the local community board.
