New Multifamily Building Ties Directly into Atlanta's Belt Line

Signal House, Handel Architects' newest project to open in Atlanta, is a 163-unit multifamily building, built atop an existing parking garage. The project is next-door to the historic Ponce City Market, and the building's main lobby is elevated and ties directly to Atlanta’s Belt Line, a 22-mile loop art and fitness path on a de-commissioned elevated industrial railway corridor. Signal House is the first of three buildings that Handel Architects has designed adjacent to the historic market, and will be followed by the mass timber office building 619 Ponce and a new 405-key hotel.
