25 North Lex will bring 500 new residences to White Plains.

The 25 North Lex team celebrated the topping out of 25 North Lex this month. When completed, the project will create 500 new living units just a short walk from the White Plains train station.

The building will offer a rich amenity program, including a fitness center, yoga studio, work from home spaces, a conference room, private dining room, sports lounge, game room, children’s playroom, a dog spa. a lap pool, sunbathing areas, outdoor grills, lawns for outdoor activities, and community gardens.

The building is expected to complete in mid-2024.
