Tower to include office and residential.

Handel Architects is collaborating with Page on a new 58-story tower in Austin's entertainment district. Developed by Ryan Companies and Tishman Speyer, 321 West is nearly 20 up, midway through what will be the office levels. Already poured are the below-grade parking garage, lobbies, bank and service spaces, and 11 story above-grade parking garage. 33 floors of residential are scheduled to begin pouring in August.
