The Set and Coterie Hudson Yards has completed on the West Side of Manhattan, bringing a new 500' tower to the Hudson Yards neighborhood. Designed for The Related Companies and Atria Senior Living, The Set and Coterie Hudson Yards pairs 13-stories and 126 units of assisted living residential units within a larger mixed-use residential tower, which also includes a restaurant, fitness center, 272 market-rate rental units, 134 designated affordable units, and an outdoor swimming pool & terrace.
