New life sciences center proposed for Boston's Seaport

4 Harbor Life Sciences Center Will Contribute to the Redefinition of Boston's Seaport District.

4 Harbor Life Science Center is a new 320,000 sq. ft. of commercial core and shell life sciences building, providing distinctive open space, amenities, and experiences to attract employers, employees, and the surrounding community. Located beside Handel Architects' 2 Harbor Life Sciences Center project, the building is designed to fit within the context of the site’s surrounding architecture and provide a backdrop to a new, landscaped plaza. Both projects are targeted to be LEED-Platinum and WELL Gold certified.
