Topped out with timber! 619 Ponce is our new mass timber loft office building located next to Atlanta’s Ponce City Market. The project topped out last month with a celebration that highlighted why this project is important: constructed of local southern yellow pine harvested from Georgia forests, 619 Ponce prioritizes embodied carbon reduction and support of the local economy by sourcing materials from within 100 miles. We're targeting net-zero carbon ready, LEEDv4 Core & Shell certification, and Fitwel certification.
