8 Carlisle is a new 462 unit residential tower in New York City's FiDi neighborhood. The project is rising quickly, with construction recently passing the 41st floor. Facade installation has also begun on the lower levels. In addition to residences, the project will include commercial space, a rear yard, and a rooftop swimming pool.
