Our newest senior living project is for Prado Group in San Francisco’s Presidio Heights neighborhood.

Block C of 3700 California was recently approved by the San Francisco Planning Commission and will include 232 units of senior living including memory care, assisted and independent living, and a range of amenities. The project also preserves the historic 3-story 1939 Marshal Hale Building, which will house much of the memory care program, as well as portions of independent living and amenity spaces.
