Majestic will add over 250 mixed-income apartments to Gowanus.

Majestic is Handel Architects' new 255-unit residential tower in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood. The project is targeting LEED Gold and will include a fitness center, common rooftop deck, co-working space with its own dedicated outdoor area, lounges and terraces, as well as retail and arts spaces on the ground floor to cater to the existing community.
