New 13-story luxury senior living building includes 209-units and multiple landscaped terraces.

Our newest senior living project is located in San Francisco’s Cathedral Hill neighborhood along the upcoming Van Ness Transit Corridor, and replaces the former KRON4 News Headquarters building that previously occupied the site.

Designed for Atria Senior Living and Related Companies, this project is the first Coterie community to open. Handel Architects is working on another Coterie community in Hudson Yards, on schedule to open at the end of 2022.
