Beyond Zero Series: Big Buildings, Big Impacts

Principal Deborah Moelis and Associate Louis Koehl recently joined the Building Energy Exchange and NYSERDA for the launch of their new Beyond Zero Series where they participated in a panel about high impact, high profile new construction projects.

Drawing from their experience with Sendero Verde, a 100% affordable Passive House development currently under construction in East Harlem, they discussed how Passive House design can address comfort, efficiency and resiliency in affordable housing.
