Larger Building of Phase 1 is the 4th Largest Certified Multifamily Passive House Building in the World.

Sendero Verde is Handel Architects' 709-unit 100% affordable project in New York City. The project is being built in two phases, and phase 1 is completed, occupied, and recently Passive House certified. Phase 1 consists of two buildings, and the larger of the two, at 244,608 sq. ft., is now the second largest certified Passive House building in the U.S. and fourth largest in the world.
