3700 California is a multi-building proposal to transform the former California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco's Presidio Heights into hundreds of new homes. Together with BDE Architecture, Handel is rethinking the site to support hundreds of new homes, with a design aesthetic that fits in with the existing community.
