Project wins highest award.

We are proud to share that Harmony Commons at the University of Toronto Scarborough has won an Outstanding Design award from American School and University. The building houses 746 students and supportive resident advisors, and also serves the wider campus with its first full dining hall. Harmony Commons is the largest Passive House building in Canada, and the largest Passive House dormitory in the world.
